What we provide
Email verification against your uploaded lists, returning one of seven result codes plus a confidence score per address. We do not guarantee a specific accuracy rate, and we tell you which addresses we could not resolve rather than guessing at them.
Credits
One credit verifies one unique address. Duplicates, blank rows, malformed rows and unknown results are not charged. Credits do not expire. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase; consumed credits are not.
Your data
You keep ownership of everything you upload. We process it to produce your results and nothing else, delete it after 30 days, and never sell, share or rent it. See the privacy and security page for the detail.
Acceptable use
Verify lists you have a lawful basis to contact. Do not use the service to validate purchased or scraped lists you have no relationship with, to probe mail servers you do not own for other purposes, or to build a dataset for resale.
Availability
We route work across multiple upstream providers so a single outage does not stop your run. If capacity is constrained your list queues rather than failing, and you are not charged for rows that never resolved.
